The Timeless Touch

Below is the process the Directors at Timeless Hardscape take when interacting with clients. We pride ourselves in ensuring the quality of our work is exceeding industry standards and exceeding your expectations. We want you to feel confident going into your design process.

1. Consult

  • Fill out our online project inquiry form. This will give us your basic information, insight on the scope of work and project budget.

  • We will contact you to arrange a site visit at a date and time that works for you. 

  • Our site visit will allow us to take accurate dimensions and elevations for the design and planning of the project.

  • Our site visit will also give us a chance to meet and listen to your design preferences and how you envision the space working for you.

3. Construction

  • We work with our client to ensure the construction process is smooth and convenient, with as little disruption to your day to day life as possible. 

  • Our experienced Timeless Team will work to complete your dream space with great care and attention to detail.

  • Our Directors are on site each day to ensure the quality and standards are met. 

  • We take great care and attention to protect your existing yard and driveway this includes laying plywood in high traffic areas.

2. Design

  • Taking your ideas and vision from our on site visit we start to create your with project dimensions, product choices, colours, laying patterns and product finishes 

  • We do offer 3D project renderings so you can see the finished project 

  • Once we have finalized the design with our client, we provide a detailed estimate for the project along with an estimated start date and project timeline.

4. Project Completeion

  • Upon project completion we walk our clients through the project making sure they are happy with every detail.

  • We offer advice on how to best care for your new hardscape install. From general maintenance to any warranty items that may arise 

  • Tidy up- We always leave our project sites clean and tidy upon completion. Thorough cleaning of driveways and roadways is always maintained throughout the project
